A story of chance, coincidence and real life humor. Dinkar Waghmare is a small time sub inspector working for Mumbai Police but he has already put in his resignation as he is not cut out for the job. Dinkar’s notice period ends incidentally on Republic Day when Police celebrations have been scheduled. It is just five days away and Din loses his gun. This triggers off a series of incidents which gets progressively complicated yet comic. As the gun travels, it passes through the most unlikely set of characters and links them together.
